The blame is not for a Doctor that offers to operate a Child to save his life but the Doctor that supervised wrong drug administration jeopardising the life of the Child in the first instance. As the cost of the correction on the part of the Government and the society is now higher than twenty-two years ago so also delay till another time will also be higher than now.
