NOVUS MFB PARTNERS BENUE INFORMATION MINISTRY ON SOLAR POWER INSTALLATION.

‎Novus Microfinance Bank led by its Managing Director, Mrs. Pat Kandeor Goja has held a partnership meeting with the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Hon. Chief Solomon Iorpev, the “Akinde u Konshisha,” as part of efforts to support the installation of solar power at Radio Benue.

The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between Novus MFB and the Benue State Ministry of Information and Orientation toward providing a sustainable power solution that will enhance the operations and service delivery of the broadcast station.

‎Mrs. Goja was accompanied by members of her team, including Dooiyor Peter Wandedoo the Head of Communications and Corporate Services and Basil Akema The Head of Agency Banking. The engagement underscored Novus MFB’s commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to the growth of public institutions and improve access to reliable energy.

The proposed solar power installation is expected to provide a more dependable electricity supply for Radio Benue and support the station in carrying out its broadcasting responsibilities effectively.

Earlier today, staff of Novus Microfinance Bank received a capacity building workshop aimed at improving efficiency of staff to task deliverables.

The training with the theme "Own It; The Novus Standard" was facilitated by The Mindset Series Int'l opened staff to qualities that bring about exceptional service delivery and taking responsibility at all times.

At the end of the workshop, staff of the bank demonstrated commitment towards Personal accountability, workplace leadership, institutional excellence and delivering exceptional customer service, every time.

The energy was high, the commitment was real, and yes every participant was issued a workshop completion certificate.
