A substantive Managing Director was Appointed and inaugurated on 2nd Oct,2017.
Flanked in brown veil is the MD in person of Hajia Aisha Suleiman being conducted round some KIPL landed properties within the city center by former Acting MD,ESV Zainab Obadaki David ANIVS,RSV,for identification.
Evidenced is the zeal of the MD,Hajia Aisha Suleman to move the company to an enviable height with all hands on deck to achieve her goal.

Kogi investment and properties Limited as the Baby of the state government was established under the Allied matters Act of 1991 as Kogi Properties Limited and in 2000,as Kogi investment and properties Limited following the merger of the erstwhile companies whose activities on one spring board cannot be divorced as Property is investment and vice versa.The same is saddled with the responsibility of wooing investors to the state in addition to her mandate as a custodian of records of all the investors to the state in general I.e keeping of adequate record of all investors is the exclusive responsibility of the agency as a stop point of all investors irrespective of the point of reference. To drive a point home on this issue,an enlightenment forum is on the pipeline for most investors,stakeholders and even agencies that is yet on track....

When Kogi state was created on 27th August 1991, it was among the less developed State. However the State is blessed with abundant mineral, agricultural and human resources. In 2000 Kogi Investment and Properties Limited was incorporated to play a leading role in harnessing and exploiting these resources for Industrialization, Wealth Creation and Employment Promotion. To achieve these, Kogi Investment and Properties Limited have the following Objectives.
Acts as the state’s investment agency by engaging in activities that stimulate, promote, and enhance rapid economic and industrial development of the state through:

• Provision of Investment Advisory Services to the State government.

• Provision of information on investment opportunities in the State to interested corporate bodies and individuals.

• Identify potential investment and Investors both home and abroad.

• Engage in all spheres of Property and Industrial Development.

• Custodian of State Government Shares and management of same.

• Engage in Consultancy Services in Engineering, Architectural, Financial/Investment, Agricultural, and real Estate management.

• Engage in various forms of Commercial activities such as Commodity Brokerage, Warehousing, Wholesale and Retail trade (Export and Import).

• Appraisal of business and industrial proposals from clients in order to evaluate and determine the economic, technical, legal market viability.
