1. Do your Research: a vital tip to acing your interviews is to learn about the company's history, values and culture. It demonstrates proactiveness and an enthusiasm to join the team.
2. Exude Confidence: The best way to achieve this is by anticipating difficult questions and practising your answers before the interview. Emphasise your qualities and highlight the skills that position you best for that role.
3. Let your personality shine through and make an excellent first impression: The key is to be true to yourself while remaining professional. Doing this shows your unique personality beyond your qualifications and accomplishments.
4. Ask good questions at the end of an interview: You demonstrate your interest in the position and enthusiasm for being a part of the team. Remember, an interview is a two-way street, and you are also assessing the company.
