This class of share is a hybrid financial investment that affords the investor(s) a guaranteed fixed income as returns on their investments. The main features and benefits of this financial instrument are as follows:
• At the end of the 5th year, the Investor has the option to collect only the dividend and continue to enjoy 16% on the investment for life OR to redeem the investment together with the final dividend payment on it.
• Depending on the number of Preference shares purchased by the investor, he/she may be appointed a Director and this will make the investor enjoy Director’s allowances, emoluments, and others as approved by the Company from time to time during the period.
