H.E. Mr. Walde Natangwe Ndevashiya, High Commissioner-Designate of the Republic of Namibia to Nigeria, with concurrent accreditation to Cameroon and Chad, engaged and shared words of encouragement with nineteen (19) young Namibian trainees participating in the Entry Level Training Programme (ELTP) at the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence in Lagos.
The fully funded six-month programme equips participants with practical banking skills, leadership capacity, and real-world experience, preparing the next generation of professionals to support the growth of Access Bank of Namibia and the country’s financial sector.
The High Commissioner commended Access Bank for its commitment to youth empowerment and human capital development, noting the strong alignment of the initiative with Namibia’s 8th Administration’s vision under H.E. Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, President of the Republic of Namibia.
He further welcomed the prospects of Access Bank expanding its footprint in Namibia across all 14 regions, advancing financial inclusion, enterprise growth, and regional development.
