The inspection was led by our *Managing Director/CEO, Dr. Olukunle Olagunju*, who hosted *Mrs. Aderonke Ogunyemi*, a prospective customer, for an on-site tour of the development.

During the inspection, Dr. Olukunle Olagunju reaffirmed Samovic Homes and Properties Limited’s commitment to providing affordable and luxury housing solutions to Nigerians. He assured stakeholders of the company’s dedication to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Speaking at the site, the representative of Lagos Building Investment Company Plc expressed satisfaction with the quality of the project and the company’s professionalism.
