In June 2020, I started an investment club. This investment club is built on 3 cardinal principles of wealth creation.
1) Save at least 10% of your monthly income.
2) Instead of keeping your savings in a bank where inflation and needless fees reduce it's value over time, invest your monthly savings in investment vehicle that will yield high returns in few years time.
3) Preferably, invest your savings in any reliable Dollar-Denominated investment vehicle
4) Think long term. Short term thinking cannot build a lasting wealth.
5) Start now.
So, in 2020 June, Seedy started as an investment club with about 40 members.
We had 5 years in mind to create a massive wealth for each member by investing our savings on monthly basis as a team.
Specifically, we planned to achieve 500% returns of each members total monthly savings, meaning, for example, 1Million Naira total savings turning 5Million in 5 years.
So to achieve this massive return we choose to invest our monthly savings in the wealth creation process I called Dollar-Banking.
Dollar-banking means we convert our Naira savings into Dollar and keep it in virtual wallets, instead of keeping our funds in Naira that keeps depreciating in value every day.
For instance, the first dollar we bought was N500. Today, the dollar we bought for N500 is now N1500.
So you see, by next year 2025, it's obvious that achieving the 5x target shouldn't be difficult.

Why am I doing this video?
I posted this for 3 simple reasons..
1) To let you know I have created a WhatsApp group for those who may want to know how specifically we are working to achieve our anticipated 500% returns. There are secrets to this thing.
2) I want to share with you our progress report from now on till the moment our club members will receive their 500% return.
3) I want to prepare you with all info you may need to decide whether or not to join us when we are starting a new investment cycle, come Dec 2025.
