At the recently concluded Abuja Real Estate Conference by

I spoke on building a Real Estate Empire.

Here are some excerpts

BUILDING REAL ESTATE THE RIGHT WAY
Real estate is not luck.

It’s leadership and building structure, stamina, strength, and systems.

In my journey as a developer, I’ve learned this truth👇

Start with the right mindset and crystal-clear direction

Build structure: people, processes, and products

Develop stamina: governance, cashflow discipline, partnerships, growth

Build strength: emotional intelligence, delegation, leadership focus

Create systems that outlive you: monitoring, succession, balance, rewards

In real estate, you don’t blow — you grow.

As we begin this new season, we want to appreciate everyone who continues to believe in the vision. Your support, trust, and commitment remain the foundation of everything we do.

Our focus is clear delivering key products that create real value and measurable results, driven by strong ex*****on and consistency.

Let’s make this season one of impact, collaboration, and shared success.

Together, we are not just building units, we are building a legacy.

Welcome to 2026.
A year divinely ordered, purpose-driven, and full of uncommon grace.

This is not just another year — it’s a season of manifestation.

A fresh chapter. A renewed vision. A stronger mindset.

Every season has prepared us for this moment — and now, it’s time to rise boldly.

May this year reward consistency, honour courage, and crown discipline.

May our steps be guided, our efforts multiplied, and our visions aligned with destiny.

We move forward with clarity, faith , confidence, and grace.

Here’s to growth, legacy, and impact. ✨

🏠 REAL MATTERS IN REAL ESTATE
These kind of questions above really saddened my heart as a real estate developer and solution provider....... and the question remains ......

Can the Average Lagosian Still Afford a Home? Pt1

There was once something called The Lagosian Dream.

It was the belief that if you worked hard enough, you could rise — from nothing to something. Nollywood told this story well: a young man or woman arriving in Lagos with just a Ghana-Must-Go bag, a few old clothes, and a sky full of dreams.

That dream promised stability, dignity, and the pride of owning a home.
But today, that dream feels... distant.

Let’s face it — Lagos is not for the faint-hearted.
Between skyrocketing rents, inflation, rising construction costs, and stagnant wages, young professionals earning between ₦150,000 and ₦500,000 are struggling to keep up. Even saving for a down payment feels like chasing shadows.

And yet — hope refuses to die.

Developers and mortgage institutions are evolving. Flexible payment plans, rent-to-own schemes, and cooperative housing projects are slowly taking root. The government, through initiatives like LagosHOMS and PPPs, is trying to open new doors — though accessibility remains limited.

But Lagosians? They’re built different.

They are resilient. Unyielding. Relentlessly creative.
Some co-own properties. Others are migrating to emerging communities — Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Badagry — where possibilities still exist.

Because for the Lagosian, giving up isn’t an option.

Still, the question echoes louder than ever:
Can the average Lagosian truly afford a home?

This isn’t just an economic issue.
It’s a human one.

A home isn’t just shelter — it’s stability, dignity, and belonging.
If Lagos will remain The Centre of Excellence, then that excellence must extend to everyone, not just the privileged few.

Affordable housing must become more than a statistic.
It must become a promise — and a call to action.
