*Inspection* :Daily [Monday -Sunday)

*Cost*:Land -N300,000 per acre (outright sale) with free Deed of Agreement and Receipt

*Other cost* :If you want us to help you plant in the next planting season February-March 2020

*Payment Structure* :once or installmental payment (3months)

Apart from the cost of land we are to pay 200,000 naira per acre ,this cover the cost of bush cutting,tree uprooting,bush burning ,bush clearing,ploughing (using tractor),seedlings and planting of the seedling and seeds ,weeding ,watering (using water from our borehole-as irrigation ) fertilizer application,and harvesting for the first six months

*Crops that can be planted*:Cocoa,coconut,oil palm,cassava,Orange,Plantain,Banana,Maize,Vegetable,Pepper,Tomatoes Water Melon ,Melon etc

*Farm Management*:Day to Day Management And Weekly Reporting will be handled by 4 staffs of the Cooperative and under the supervision of my humble self,Niyi Agboola (08182162587,07066047635)

*Return on Investment*:Yearly Return on Investment is 50% in the first year and over 200% yearly for ever and you will leave it as inheritance for your children and next generation unborn

*Cooperative Structure*:Trustees and Professionals-Lawyer,Banker,Agric Manager,Fellow Chartered Accountant,Financial Analyst,Business Administrator,Marketers,Exporter.

*Experience*:We have cumulative Experience of over 200 years in our Management and operational staff

Government Approval:Rehoboth Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited was registered with Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative 2011,our certificate is available in the Cooperative office
