When we started the marketing for The Invent way back in 2021, the big concerns of clients were centered around how they will get clients and how much value they will get from the investment.
At the time, we were selling a 2-bed for N 25m and the 3-bed at N34.5m.
Today, the 2-bed is net at N 35m and the 3-beds are not in the market at all. That's a 40% return on investment for an investment that also allowed you to pay over 12 months which was the construction period.
And to top that, we are now getting an increased influx of clients looking to rent the units including Corporate organisations who are trying to help their staff secure accommodation in the area.
