🪽 PEACEFUL CALL TO GLORY

With total submission to the will of Almighty God and in the firm hope of the Resurrection, the family announces the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, sister, and friend, Mrs. AGHEDO Ebose Helen (Nee Uwagboi), fondly known as Mama Fada, who slept peacefully in the Lord on Monday, February 9, 2026, at the age of 74 years (1952 – 2026).

Mama Fada lived a life deeply rooted in faith, humility, kindness, and unwavering devotion to God and humanity. She was a virtuous Christian woman whose gentle spirit, wise counsel, and motherly love touched countless lives. Her home was a place of warmth and guidance, and her life was a testimony of service, sacrifice, and steadfast trust in God.

She stood as a pillar of strength to her family and a beacon of hope to many. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are comforted by the assurance that she has answered the Lord’s call and now rests in His eternal glory.

WHY MANY BUSINESS OWNERS WISHED THEY STARTED THEIR ENDOWMENT POLICY EARLIER| The Regrets They Tell Me

Many business owners I speak with say the same thing after learning about endowment policies: “I wish I started earlier.”

An endowment policy doesn’t just save money—it protects your business, reduces risk, supports stability, and creates room for long-term growth. Unlike many investments, it directly strengthens the business during tough times and positions it for expansion when opportunities come.

The real regret isn’t investing—it’s not investing early and wisely.
The best time to start was yesterday. The next best time is now.

IFEANYI MBAH NDOOOOO: The Christian Disgrace of the 21st Century

How an Uninformed Knight Disgraced Himself

Christianity in our time has sadly become a subject of mockery—not because Christ has failed, but because many who claim to represent Him have little or no understanding of His ways. We now live in an era where people with zero theological depth aspire to leadership in the Church, speak loudly about Christ, yet spew ideas and actions that have absolutely nothing to do with the teachings of Christ or His Church.

Let it be stated clearly: we are not only disciples of Christ, but of His Church as well. Christianity is not an individualistic ideology; it is a communion. Scripture is explicit on this truth:

And He is the head of the body, the Church
— Colossians 1:18

For just as the body is one and has many members… so it is with Christ
— 1 Corinthians 12:12

When Jesus ascended into heaven, He did not leave us confused or leaderless. He left us His Church, built on the apostles, with authority, structure, and continuity:

You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it
— Matthew 16:18

Christianity without the Church is not Christianity at all.

OBEDIENCE is now a forgotten virtue. Christians must relearn what it means to be true children of God and faithful sons and daughters of the Church. Even Jesus Christ, though fully divine, submitted Himself to authority while on earth. Scripture tells us clearly about the Holy Family:

Then He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was obedient to them… And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and man
— Luke 2:51–52

If the Son of God Himself submitted to His earthly parents, who are we to rebel against Christ and His Church under the pretense of loyalty to a man, a donor, or a politician?

The church remains the bride of Christ. On Pentecost Sunday, a divine mystery was fully revealed—the mystical union between Christ and His Church. Christ is the Bridegroom, and the Church is His Bride

TAX FRAUD| Concerns Over 7.5% Taxation on Mobile Transactions ( USSD and Mobile App Transfers)

Financial institutions now charge a 7.5% Value-Added Tax on transactions conducted via USSD and mobile applications. This move has raised concerns among citizens who feel that this taxation strategy seems counterintuitive. Individuals are taxed on their income, then again on the money they spend, which has already been taxed once, and further taxed when transferring funds that have been previously taxed.

- For instance, spending ₦100,000 at the supermarket attracts a ₦7,500 tax, despite assurances that groceries(food) would be exempt.
Similarly, transferring ₦100,000 to a spouse incurs a ₦7,500 tax, while ₦300,000 for school fees attracts ₦22,500 in taxes, contradicting claims that education and certain transactions are tax-exempt.

This taxation applies to various transactions including transfers for fuel, medical bills, and support for family members, leading to double taxation concerns when recipients conduct further transactions with funds already taxed.

- Spend ₦100,000 at the supermarket and make a transfer that will ₦7,500 tax (yet they told you your grocery will not be taxed 😂)
- Transfer ₦100,00 to your spouse and you'll be taxed ₦7,500
- Transfer ₦300,000 for your children's school fees and you'll be taxed ₦22,500 (yet they told you money for school fees will not be taxed)
- Transfer ₦50,000 to your two children in the university and you'll be taxed ₦4,500 (yet they said education will not be taxed)
- Transfer ₦70,000 to your driver for fuel purchase and you'll be taxed ₦5,250
- Transfer ₦200,000 to your younger sister for your mums medical bill and you'll be taxed ₦15,000 yet they told you that you won't be taxed for hospital bill

Now if the person that you transfer money to make mobile transfers too he or she will be taxed with already taxed money

With great pride and honor, we stand in respect and appreciation for this supporter who came from the heart of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and who, through his unwavering presence, embodied the highest meanings of love for one’s homeland and sincere belonging. He did not sit down, for loyalty knows no fatigue; he remained standing throughout the match like a pillar of patience and commitment, cheering with his heart before his voice, and holding his national flag as a symbol of an unbreakable loyalty.

He was not merely a spectator, but the spirit of the team and the pulse of the stands—a shining image of true belonging. His stance was a noble national message to the world: that nations are supported with sincerity, strengthened by patience, and loved with steadfastness until the very last moment.

As we share in his genuine sorrow, we express our human and national solidarity with him. He astonished everyone with the depth of his patience, the breadth of his perspective, and the dignity of his mind, offering an enduring lesson for generations in noble steadfastness and refined patriotism—one that rises above the moment and is forever preserved in memory.

Living longer can be a blessing, but without proper planning, it can also be a curse. The real threats of longevity aren't from market fluctuations or inflation, but from outliving one's savings. Financial prudence is key.

FROM REJECTION TO SMART PROTECTION: Mr Sunday’s Business Decision

I first met Mr Sunday in 2024. At the time, he had just made a bold move—resigning from his banking job to start his own business in the importation of electronic gadgets such as power banks, ear pods, and other accessories. Like every new entrepreneur, his focus was clear: build the business, grow sales, and survive the early stage.

During our discussion, I introduced a financial policy designed to protect his new venture and secure its future. His response was blunt and emotional: “I don’t need this thing right now. I’m trying to build my business that I just began.” I understood his position completely. Starting a business requires courage, focus, and sacrifice. So, I respected his decision and stepped back.

Fast forward to 11th December, 2025. After concluding a meeting with another client, I heard someone call my name from a short distance. I turned—and there was Mr Sunday. He smiled and said he had been following my posts on Facebook and wanted us to revisit what he had initially rejected. This time, the conversation was different. We discussed the same endowment policy for his business—now with clearer understanding and purpose. Mr Sunday opted for a plan that offers:

• Business protection worth ₦76,000,000
• Monthly contribution of ₦600,000, paid from business profit
• ₦7.2 million yearly savings
• Overall ROI of 54%
Access to business loans
• Return of all or part of taxes paid within the year
• Partial withdrawal of profits to expand the business

What changed?
Experience. Growth. And the realization that protecting a business is just as important as building it.

Mr Sunday’s story is a reminder that timing matters—but wisdom matters more. The best time to secure your business is when it’s growing. This could be you too.

Learn how to begin.
