To pre-qualify, you must:
1.) Live and be employed in Lagos State
2.) be a confirmed staff of a reputable company
3.) Have a verifiable monthly income paid into a current account with a commercial Bank in Nigeria.
4.) Not have more than two returned cheques in your statement of account. FEATURES

REQUIREMENTS
The Required documents to bring along are listed below:
1) Last six (6) months’ bank statement showing last six (6) salary entries (endorsed by the bank)
2) Photocopy of your employment letter or Letter of confirmation or Recent promotion letter/salary increase
3) NUBAN-compliant postdated cheques from salary account
4) One(1) Recent Passport photograph
5) Photocopy of your staff identification card
6) One duly completed guarantor’s form (Guarantor MUST be a colleague at work with monthly income within or above your salary grade)
7) Guarantor’s Passport Photograph, Post-dated cheque and Photocopy of staff identification card
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR GUARANTOR’S CHEQUE IF YOUR LOAN REQUEST IS BELOW N250, 000.00. ALSO NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TWO GUARANTORS IF YOUR REQUEST IS N750,000.00 AND ABOVE

SWIFT LEASE

The Swift Lease is for those that want to acquire household items: washer, airconditioner, television, etc . . . We offer favorable repayment terms & very competitive interest rates. The interest rate for the swift lease is 4.5% [reducing balance]

The lessee is required to provide the following:
1. A recent passport photograph
2. A photocopy of the lessee’s staff ID card
3. Copy of last 3 months’ pay slips
4. Copy of last 6 months salary account statement.
5. A copy of a recent utility bill.
6. Copy of employment letter and confirmation letter/last letter of promotion.
7. A guarantor with a copy of the guarantor’s valid staff ID, recent passport photograph and one postdated cheque covering asset value and interest
