Our partnerships remain pivotal in our operations. Through The Women in Sourcing and Enterprise (WISE) Programme, and in partnership with the Ondo State Government and the Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta Foundation (PIND), we are connecting 3,000 young farmers in Ondo State, 80% of them women, to structured markets for their cassava.

Under the programme, our processing company Matna Limited serves as a guaranteed buyer, while providing participants with improved inputs and technical training. This initiative creates as a sustainable ecosystem, where stable income for farmers and reliable feedstock for processing reinforce each other.

For us, market access of this kind turns smallholder farming into a dependable livelihood and keeps economic value within the community. It reflects our wider commitment to creating value and transforming lives.

Congratulations to Oyebola Morakinyo, Vice President and General Manager of our technology business Cavista Technologies Nigeria, on her conferment as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), FNIM.

The recognition came at the Institute's Annual Awards, Fellows and Spouses Day Luncheon, an occasion set aside to honour excellence in management and welcome new Fellows into its ranks. Oye's induction reflects the leadership and professional rigour she brings to her work every day, and the mark she has made on management practice across our group.

We are proud to celebrate this milestone with her. Oye raises the standard for everyone who works alongside her, and her impact reaches well beyond Cavista Tech into the wider Cavista Holdings group.

When Anthonia joined us, she came on as Director of Operations at Cavista Holdings. From there, she moved to our agribusiness Agbeyewa Farms, and today she holds a similar role as Vice President of Operations. One function, two different businesses, same ecosystem.
