As an associate,for every client that you introduce to the company, you will be paid 10% commission on every successful sales made, either of land or investment package sales. You will also be given trainings on information and updates of the company, you will also be given the tools and strategies needed to source for the right clients you need. For example, when a client buys a land of 1million, you get 10% of that as your commission. If a client invests 1million, you will be paid 7% commission from profits generated from existing business. Payments being made by the head company itself. However if you would like the salary option, you will be paid according, but on the condition that you reach a certain sales target within the month.
