I really appreciate remitano customer service.
I have login issue. I just chat them up and explained what happened to them, immediately they attend to me and ask me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours it was resolved and I started mining again. I love their approach and they are always available to talk to. Thank you Remitano

There was a snake that crawled over a sharp saw and was cut. In anger the snake wrapped the saw with its thick body and proceeded to squeeze the life out of the saw.
With each angry squeeze it felt more pain but continued because it wasn’t going to let the saw get away with the pain it caused it. The snake, refusing to let go of the saw, eventually died, not knowing the whole time, he needed to let go of the initial pain and focus on its future and where it was going. Instead, the snake unfortunately lost its life and didn’t even see it coming.
Control your anger, forgive those that hurt you, and don’t give people or things power over you. It can eventually kill you.

Just a good lesson friends…….this too shall pass!

Trying to verify my account (KYC meaning Know Your Customer) wasn't funny to me at all. Kept on trying, my documents was always rejected that it got to a point that my account was banned. I felt bad like a mother hen that watched one of its chick's been carried away by a hawk. I felt helpless, a lot going through my mind, contemplating on what to do next or is it that all my efforts will be bashed in this manner? Hell No I said to myself.

Immediately I rushed to support both on the Remitano app and Facebook cause I don't wanna take any chances. I explained to them about trying to verify my account and how I got rejected which led to banning of my account. They requested for my username and checked it out. They felt bad for me and asked me to send my documents to them to prove I'm the owner of the account which I did asap. They guided me on how Submit the documents. Guess what guys, before I could even blink an eye my account was unbanned and they asked me to try verifying my account now and when I was doing it, my documents was accepted like a baby been breast fed by the mother. This really shows how Remitano is always available 24/7 to render any kind of help and service to their customers.
