As part of our social impact and corporate social responsibility initiatives, we recently visited and made donations to Hearts of Gold Hospice. A care and management center in Lagos dedicated to children with life-limiting mental and extreme physical disabilities.

The visit was a humbling experience that reinforced our commitment to consistently implement initiatives that improve lives and have a lasting positive impact on society. With social inclusion as our focus for 2022, lending a hand to Hearts of Gold Hospice helped us connect with the challenges of those who are unable to participate in society due to various biological and mental conditions.

The process of Novation is crucial to NG Clearings' role as a CCP. For trades to be guaranteed, NG Clearing comes between the buyer and the seller in a derivatives contract. NG Clearing becomes the seller to the buyer and the buyer to the seller.

By doing this, NG Clearing removes the risk of direct exposure the seller and buyer have to each other.
