**Position:** eFlex Medicaid HMO Representative and Support

**Job Overview:**
Beright Hills Tech Ltd is currently seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team as eFlex Medicaid HMO Representatives and Support. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with various Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) on behalf of our hospital. Your primary focus will be to process patient bills efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions for both patients and the hospital.

**Responsibilities:**
- Communicate effectively with different HMOs to facilitate billing processes and resolve any billing-related issues.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits with relevant HMOs.
- Process patient bills accurately and promptly, adhering to HMO guidelines and regulations.
- Provide support and assistance to patients regarding their HMO coverage and billing inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of HMO interactions and billing transactions.
- Collaborate with the billing department and internal teams to optimize the HMO billing process.
- Stay updated with HMO policies and changes in the healthcare industry.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of an OND or HND in any field.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or handling HMO-related processes will be an advantage, but not required as we provide comprehensive training.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance procedures, medical terminology, and HMO billing practices is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with HMO representatives, patients, and internal staff effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing billing information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for billing and communication.
