Have you ever wondered why people hold themselves back?

Well, I've learn that our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

You were not created to shrink.
You were created to shine and help other shine.

The truth about earning money online is that the only way to earn is by selling.

You are either selling your time, knowledge, skill or someone else's.

The good news is that there are many ways to sell your time and expertise, but there are also many ways in which you can make money online without having to sell anything.

For example, you can earn money by selling your skills on freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr.

These platforms allow people to hire freelancers for specific tasks based on their expertise and skillset (for example: graphic design, writing). You can choose from a wide range of different jobs that would suit your needs and then charge accordingly.

Another way in which you can make money online without having to sell anything is through affiliate marketing. This involves promoting products that other companies have created and letting them pay you for each sale they generate through your recommendations.

This can be done through social media posts or ads on websites like Google Adsense or Bing Ads. It's a great way for beginners as well as experts who want to start earning some extra cash without having any prior experience.

There are other ways to earn money from the online space.
However if your method of earning money doesn't involve selling, you should be ready to crash and cry because it must crash. Selling is the only way any business model can be sustained.

How to Always Hit Your Goals

Last week, I read the first 5 chapters of Grant Cardone's '10X Rule' Book
So I decided to test something yesterday.

For those of you who don't know what the 10X rule is, the 10X rule is simply

1. Set a goal
2. Multiply it by 10
3. Do it with 10X in mind

I.e If your Original goal is 50 sales, multiply it by 10 (500 sales)
Then pursue 5000 sales 😂
Sound simple right?

Now, I usually do 10 to 30 pushups at a time

Then I decided to apply the 10x. So my 'goal' was 1000 😂
I ended up doing a 100 before I gave up.

However, I finally got the gist of what he (Grant Cardone) was trying to teach (I think)

If I had started with the goal of 100 pushups, at 60 when my arms began to feel like jelly, I would have given in.
However, it felt extremely silly to go for 1000 and not even do 100 so I forced my silly ass to do 100 and after my shower, I slept off straight.

However, I beat my record by 70 full pushups 😂
Here is what I learnt yesterday
I think it fair to call it a moral lesson.

Your brain will always try to calculate what it will cost to achieve your goals however, it will NEVER be enough.

Now when you 'multiply' your brain also 'multiplies' and gives 'extra' to try and hit the goal (but of course it won't be enough 😅) however, you will beat your original goal by a LARGE margin.
