Job Title: Business Development Executive

RESPONSIBILITY:

 Candidates must possess the ability to raise tenured investments.
 Candidate must be a team player and must be customer-centric
 Ability to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
 Attend events to showcase product features to potential customers.
 Must be able to generate leads from personal networking efforts.
 Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
 Looking for potential clients opportunities.
 Attain or exceed objectives for investment plans and up sell more opportunities to be created from new services and products.
 Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
 Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
 Developing rapport with key decision makers
 Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
 Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
 Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
 Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly target

REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor or HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
 Prospective Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a marketer/Sales officer in a financial institution.
 The ability to retain important information.
 Excellent networking skills and ability to build potential clients relationship
 Must have had previous experience in the bank or any Fin-Tech organization

Location: Surulere

Salary range: 120 - 200k plus commission upon meeting target

Job Title: Credit Risk Officer

 Candidate must possess the experience with the processes involved with digital lending.
 Candidates must have hands-on experience in credit underwriting/Analysis.
 Perform a comprehensive review of sampled new loans and modifications to identify any credit weaknesses, policy or regulatory violations, servicing deficiencies, or trends.
 The credit risk officer will be in charge of analysing of financial information and the credit facility to help form a conclusion on loans or its modification.
 Complete monthly trend and portfolio management analysis via defined reports, as well as using knowledge, experience, and observation to determine if new analysis is needed.
 Reviewing loan applications, credit reports, and other documentation to determine whether to approve or deny loans.
 Evaluating potential risks and recommending solutions to increase profits while maintaining safety standards
 Reviewing applications for large consumer loans such as mortgage applications to determine whether they meet the lender’s criteria
 Problem-solving skills are essential for credit risk officers, as they are responsible for identifying and resolving potential issues that may arise from the company’s lending practices.
 Candidates must have been involved in Credit administration all through their years of experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
 General computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications.
 Knowledge of current financial laws and regulations, required loan documentation, and Fintech lending policies.
 Proven communication and interpersonal skills to successfully communicate, negotiate, and influence associates who do not directly report to this position or area.
 Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution.
 Candidates must have a minimum of a B.sc in any discipline.
 A master's degree will be an added advantage.
Location: Surulere
Salary range: 120,000 – 204,000
