Job Responsibilities
- **Strategic Leadership:**
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive overall company growth, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and data analytics.
- Work closely with the CEO to align strategic initiatives with company goals
- **Sales & Marketing Oversight:**
- Lead and manage the entire sales process, ensuring all teams are aligned with a sales-oriented culture.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
- **Data Analytics & Emerging Technologies:**
- Champion a data-driven approach by integrating advanced analytics into decision-making processes.
- Evaluate, adopt, and implement emerging technologies—including AI—to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- **Team Management & Accountability:**
- Oversee all business units, ensuring that each team meets its performance and sales targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence across the organization.
- **Dispute & Conflict Resolution:**
- Utilize expert dispute management skills to handle property sales disputes and any internal or client-related conflicts effectively.
- **Financial & Operational Management:**

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- **Educational Background:**
- A Degree or experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
- **Professional Experience:**
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role with significant experience in sales, marketing, and business operations—ideally within the property or investment sectors.
- **Technical & Analytical Skills:**
- Proven experience in leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
- **Team & Executive Collaboration:**
- Experience in managing large teams and working closely with executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
