We marked International Women’s Day at Zest with meaningful conversations centred on growth, leadership, and the kind of impact women can create when they are intentional about their careers.
Our Women had the privilege of engaging with Bunmi Dayo-Olagunju, Deputy Chief Executive, Stanbic IBTC Bank, who shared thoughtful insights on building intentional careers, influence, and enduring impact. Her conversation encouraged women to look beyond immediate roles and approach their career journeys with clarity, purpose, and long-term vision.
We were also joined by Bridget Oyefeso-Odusami, Head, Brand & Marketing at Stanbic IBTC Holdings, who led a session on Strategic Personal Branding: Architecting Female Power, Influence & Market Authority. She challenged participants to be deliberate about how they show up, communicate their value, and position themselves for greater visibility and leadership.
The sessions created space for honest reflection, shared learning, and practical conversations around influence, confidence, and career growth.
