We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our team and lead our people strategy while driving a strong, high-performance organizational culture.

🔹 EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
• At least 5 years in a senior HR management/leadership role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and workforce planning
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and strategies

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices

🔹 SKILLS

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-making
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
