The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has mandated all unit Microfinance Banks in the country to increase their share capital from N20,000,000.00 (Twenty million naira only) to N200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred million naira only)as from next year.
The Board of Directors and Management of Bank therefore humbly invite you to take advantage of this window to invest in our Bank which is reputed to be one of the best microfinance banks in Kwara State. An individual can invest up to a maximum of 5% of the capital of the bank at the current market price of N1.25k per share.
