ICAN IBADAN DISTRICT & SOCIETY PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO SOBIC
The Chairman, Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria (ICAN) Ibadan & District Society, Alhaji Babatunde Kilani- FCA led the members of executives and elders of the prestigious Institute in a courtesy visit to the Management of SOBIC and Company on Thursday 5th December, 2024.
In his speech, Alhaji Babatunde Kilani- FCA, extolled the story of the Company’s humble beginning and giant strides already achieved within sixteen years of its establishment. He also appreciated the past support of the Institute’s programme and events by SOBIC and emphasized the need for further collaboration that creates mutual benefits for the two sides. The meeting explored opportunities for partnership in entrepreneurial development and training of professionals in business management among other issues discussed.
In his remark, the Chief Executive Officer of SOBIC & Company who also is a Fellow of ICAN, Pastor Kehinde Adejumo, FMA, MCIB appreciated the courtesy call from his distinguished professional colleagues and the great honour accorded SOBIC and Company to host them. He promised to continue to fully support the Institute anytime duty calls and to explore every partnership opportunities that will create progress and development.
The event, which held at the headquarters of SOBIC Microfinance Institution in Ibadan was graced by Mrs Olubunmi Adejumo, the Executive Director, SOBIC & Company; Deacon Titus Soetan, FCA, a past President of ICAN and Pastor Olurotimi Kuti, FCA. Other dignitaries from ICAN, Ibadan District & Society include Alhaji Ademola Ogunsesan, FCA; Alhaji Ayuba Quadri, FCA; Dr (Mrs) Temitope Babajide, FCA; all past Chairmen of Ibadan District & Society of ICAN, among others.
