Never take a position of Holiness without being Holy.
Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Check all this functions; as a:
Pastor
Choir
an Usher
Protocol
Drumer etc. these are all Holy positions.
No position in the house of God needs a carnal approach, if you have a carnal approach towards the work of God, you will die.

Romans 8:6
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
If we really want to meet up with the demand of God, I mean living our lives to satisfy His biding then we must not offer our offerings only but becomes the offering itself.
Many are in church participating in the ritual but have not become the ritual themselves, if
you doubt me, go and ask Cain;
Genesis 4:5-7
(5)But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
[6]And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
[7]If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
Whenever God rejects a man offering, that's to say the man himself also has been rejected too.
Many of us are in church but have lost the fear of God, be warned! God reward all men according to their ways.
Stop giving God offering only, make yourself the offering.
