Can we truly say we care about women and girls if period care is still out of reach for many?

This World Menstrual Hygiene Day, let’s choose awareness, access, and empathy. No girl should miss school, hide in shame, or struggle in silence because of her period.

Creating change starts with conversations, compassion, and collective action.

So today, let’s all do our part, whether by spreading awareness, supporting another girl or woman, donating period care items, or simply helping to end the stigma around menstruation.

Period care is not a luxury! It’s a necessity!
