Job Position: Marketing & Sales Representative – Bether Premium Bottled / Dispenser Water
Job Location: Abuja and its Environs
Reports to: MD/CEO

Summary Job Description
As a Field Marketing & Sales Representative, you will look after your own geographic business territory, building relationships with local retailers, and making sure that our products are a core part of your success.
1. Take responsibility for managing our brand, volume, distribution and sales.
2. Build cross-functional relationships to deliver on the strategic objectives of the company.
4. Work independently for much of the time. Therefore, you must be self-directed with the ability to manage your time productively.
5. You will bring the sales skills, enthusiasm and in-depth local knowledge to bear on your assignment.
6. Plan marketing, sales and branding objectives of the Company in your business area.
7. Prepare marketing and sales strategies in line with Company objectives.
8. Analyze market and sales trends and recommend changes to marketing, sales and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
9. Drive overall Customers Relations Management (CRM) in your area of business.
Experience & Behaviors:
1. Must possess 3 years Marketing Experience.
2. Possess a good knowledge of road transportation network within Federal Capital Territory-Abuja and Nassarawa State.
3. Must possess adequate selling skills and resilience.
4. Demonstrate good planning skills, including prioritizing and time management.
5. Excellent written and communication skills.
6. Excellent team building skills.
7. Demonstrate deep passion and commitment about your assignment.
8. Displays high ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, and others in the Company.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing.
2. Minimum of 3 years Field Marketing and Sales experience with Premium Bottled/ Dispenser water products.
3. Possess a valid National Drivers’ Licence.
4. Possession of professional marketing and sales qualification will be an advantage.
