Electronic database systems specifically designed to meet international data quality requirements.
Our services include providing complete M&E solutions collaboratively designed with development organizations, designing maximum utility and user friendly M&E databases, conducting baseline, needs and impact assessments and programme evaluations and M&E training.
We provide technical assistance to ensure data quality meets the most stringent donor requirements, conducting both internal preparatory data quality assessments and external data quality audits. We have
Experience working with various international donor requirements including USAID, UBEC and NUT as well as government and private funders.
Our work and approach is supported by extensive emphasis on capacity building of personnel to interact with and manage their M&E systems, documentation and databases. As such M&E training comprises a significant part of our work.

ranging from theoretical training of M&E concepts to practical training on the M&E systems that we design. J-CLEMS’s M&E training includes basic end user IT training which underpins staff’s capacity to manage an M&E system.
