This is to inform you that funding your ePayment wallet through the auto-wallet funding feature is temporarily deactivated as Providus bank would no longer be supporting virtual accounts.
We advice that you DO NOT fund your wallet by direct transfer to your dedicated Providus account henceforth, until we communicate a new service to you.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you. However, be rest assured that we are currently working on providing new virtual accounts for our partners. When we have that sorted, your new, unique account number would be detailed to you.
In the meantime, continue to fund your wallet manually by making payment into any of our bank accounts:
