Mummy, imagine your child comes home from school with THIS note attached to their water bottle. 😳

Be honest… how would you react?

I actually understand why a school may insist on transparent water bottles. With hundreds of children around, teachers and school staff need to know what the children are carrying, and being able to see inside the bottle can make things easier.

But honestly? I might still be irritated. 😂

Imagine buying your child a good-quality insulated water bottle. It keeps the water cold, doesn’t leak, and the only thing inside is WATER.

Now the school says, “It must be a clear bottle.”

My first thought might be:

“But please, what exactly is the problem with the bottle? 😂 The child is drinking water!”

And some of these bottles are not even cheap. So now I have to spend more money buying another one simply because the bottle isn’t transparent?

But then again, schools don't always explain every reason behind their rules. Maybe they've had situations in the past that made this policy necessary. 🤷‍♀️

So, honestly, I can see both sides.

If this note came home with your child, which one would you be?

A. “It’s the school rule. No need to argue. Let me buy the clear bottle.” 😅

B. “I understand safety, but this particular rule is unnecessary.” 😂
