Let me start by telling you my experience with my mom, I visited my mom recently and I spent 1 month and 2 weeks at her place. During my stay over there, I observe that every weekend their meter (Utility bill) keeps expiring and they have to renew it very weekend. So I was tempted to ask how they manage their billing process knowing quite well our country do not have a way how these things are regulated but I didn’t.

And I thought of “Can’t I just download an app and do these?” Or pay my bank USSD feature isn’t that simple enough? Hmmm!! But come to think of it my problem is not to pay for bills my problem is to stop repeating the process over and over again. And Boom!!
