It has come to our attention!! that there may be instances where clients do not understand the term excess fees/first amount payable that applies when a claim is being submitted.

Take note: On inception of your motor vehicle policy you are obliged to pay your monthly/annual premium and when a claim arises there is also a excess fee/first amount payable to be paid by the client depending on your policy conditions.

See outline highlighting where excess payments are required in the event of an occurrence which may result in a claim.
