In the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) 2024, commissioned by the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA), and Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM), and in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), the Malaysian insurance and takaful industry have reached a new milestone, with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rising to 88 points, up from 85 in 2022.
