On this 2nd Jumaat of Ramadan, a client’s son was discharged after a few days warded on antibiotics.

There was a minor documentation update requested by Etiqa, but hospital coordinated directly and everything was handled smoothly.

Proper declaration from day 1 really makes the claim process less stressful for parents.
“Thanks for the smooth insurance process.”, message that made my day.

Semoga anak cepat sembuh sepenuhnya 🤲🏻

Ramadan ni, antara benda paling bermakna bila dapat bantu someone set up proper medical protection for diri sendiri.

Client ni Malaysian yang currently menetap di Australia 🇦🇺, tapi still nak pastikan medical coverage dia teratur dan ada cash value sampai umur matang. Bila dah faham struktur plan, terus proceed untuk secure peace of mind 💪🏻

Takaful bukan sebab nak guna hari ni.
Tapi sebab kita tak tahu bila kita perlukan nanti.

Syukur dapat bantu mudahkan urusan dan explain satu per satu sampai jelas sebelum buat keputusan.

Grateful for today’s sharing session with Mr Leo

He reached out through a referral from a friend and requested a face to face meeting because he wanted to properly understand how takaful works. I really respect that mindset. Protection isn’t about rushing decisions, but about understanding clearly before committing.

We went through the basics, medical coverage usage, what’s covered and what’s not, and how to plan according to his current life stage and needs. The discussion was detailed, engaging, and very smooth. Perbincangan yang matang memang buat sesi jadi lebih bermakna.

All my life, I’ve seen my mom check her blood, cucuk insulin, and still carry on with strength that most people tak nampak.
Growing up, that routine became normal for us… but as I got older, I realised it wasn’t “normal”. It was sacrifice. Discipline. Quiet strength.

Hari ini, I appreciate her even more.
May Allah always jaga her health and give her ease.
