毕业后，她就职于跨国房地产咨询公司和上市开发公司。目前，Sr Vicky How 是在马来西亚估价师、房地产代理和评估委员会注册的持牌估价师；也是马来西亚皇家测量师学会 (RISM) 的成员。
从 24 岁开始，她开始投资她的第一处房产，目前她的投资组合包括住宅、商业和工业物业。除了在马来西亚投资外，她还充分接触国际房地产市场，在世界各地的房地产营销方面经验丰富，尤其是在珀斯和墨尔本、伦敦、泰国、新加坡、柬埔寨和越南的房地产。由于这些原因，她熟悉在亚洲、英国和澳大利亚买卖物业的程序。

People often ask me, “How come Alfred listens to you so much?” 😊
I guess the answer goes way back to when we had almost nothing.
When we first started our journey together, Alfred was still working towards becoming a lawyer. It took him five years to pass his CLP, and during those years, I was the breadwinner. I had to juggle three to four jobs just to keep our family afloat.
It wasn’t always easy. There were moments of uncertainty, exhaustion and sacrifice. But we stood by each other and kept moving forward.
And then came one of my proudest moments as a wife — seeing Alfred win a landmark case.
At that moment, I realised that all those years of struggle, sacrifice and believing in each other were worth it.
So perhaps Alfred listens to me not because I am always right… 😂
but because he remembers the woman who stood beside him when we had almost nothing.
We built our lives together, one step at a time. ❤️
From having nothing, to celebrating milestones together — that journey will always be one of the stories closest to my heart.
