Chilli Shrimp Pasta
- fresh chilli
- pallermo pepper or wtv(i got this on the 50% discount rack)
- shrimps
- garlic
- salt sugar n msg to taste

Simple ingredients, but all these little tricks are what make it special:

- roast your chillies for deeper flavour
- use shrimp peel as stock, sauteed beforehand

What’s missing?
Grated cheese, preferably the fancy one.

-1 ⅓ cups chopped onion
- bell peppers (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
- 2 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
