A fully comprehensive car insurance policy covers liability for injuries and damage to the car. It also covers the insured vehicle against accidents, fire, theft and accidental damage. It often comes with 24-hour road assistance at no additional charge when the policy is purchased.

In Malaysia when you renew your car’s road tax, this comprehensive car insurance will come together with it and both has the exact annual expiry date. Not all policies are the same.
