This same week in 2024, I was excited to go back to Penang to bring happiness to our family and had such a beautiful time with Appa. God blessed me with a precious 1 hour and 30 minutes in the car with him—a deep conversation that remains etched in my heart forever. I miss you so much, Appa.

Now, in 2025, the same week calls me back again—this time to send you off for good, one year after your passing. My first year without your physical presence, your voice, and your touch has not been easy. Yet, I know you’ve been with me in every step I’ve taken. Letting go of you is still the hardest part, Appa.

This journey without your physical guidance has been painful, but I’ve learned that your teachings live on in me. Each time I make a decision, your words and values come to mind. Thank you for everything, Appa. I love you deeply, and no one will ever truly understand the pain I carry each day.

✨ First half of 2024 was smooth, full of growth, and a reminder that hard work truly pays off — grateful for the recognition and the milestones achieved. 🙏🏽🏆

But the second half… it broke me. Losing my appa changed everything. His passing reminded me what life is really about — love, time, presence, and purpose.

Still, I’ll never give up. Just like he raised me to be — strong, fearless, and driven.

Client : No la aka....Agents always said can't n difficult to me....

Case was submitted on the 19th May 2024 with the internal process back n forth on the 24th May 2024 the results is out saying Conditional Accepted. The only exclusion is anything related to the clients Lumbar which is a great news because even TPD is covered
