🚨 We’re Hiring: Operation & Maintenance Manager
📍 Location: Vit’s Makanan K.L Sdn Bhd (Rawang)
👷🏻♂️ Selangor & KL applicants preferred
💰 RM 7,500 – RM 9,000
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production
* Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs
* Be hands-on in repairing, modifying and improving production machinery
* Handle equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
* Improve production efficiency, automation & cost-saving initiatives
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed
* Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP & HALAL standards
* Support audits and maintain proper documentation
* Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
🎓 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or related field
* Experience in supervisory/managerial role in manufacturing environment
* Knowledge in maintenance, troubleshooting & production machinery
* Familiar with 5S, safety practices & basic quality systems (HACCP/HALAL is an advantage)
* Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & condition-based maintenance
* Able to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks
* Good communication skills with team & suppliers
* Strong discipline, responsible & proactive attitude
* Good analytical & problem-solving skills
* Organised, efficient & able to meet deadlines
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Willing to work shifts and be on-call when required
