🏡 After applying to 10+ banks… we finally made it. 😭
This was one of the most challenging cases I've handled.
The customer's financial profile was average, and due to the agent's limited experience, several unexpected issues arose along the way. At one point, the entire transaction was on the verge of falling through.
We went through multiple rejections, additional document requests, reassessments, and countless follow-ups with more than 10 banks. Every time one problem was solved, another seemed to appear.
Eventually, the customer almost gave up, believing that their dream home was no longer within reach.
But as long as there was still a chance, I wasn't ready to stop.
I worked closely with both the customer and the agent, coordinated every step, adjusted our application strategy, and explored every possible option until we found the right solution.
In the end, the loan was successfully approved! 🎉
Seeing the approval come through reminded me why I do what I do.
