For those who need to check CTOS recently, just a quick heads-up ⚠️

CTOS Digital recently confirmed a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorised access to some consumer data.

CTOS is currently investigating and working on the issue, and some of its Credit Reporting Services are temporarily unavailable.

So just a quick update from my side as well: I’m currently unable to access CTOS for the time being 😅

If your loan case, credit checking, or assessment is taking slightly longer than usual, I haven’t disappeared and I’m definitely not slacking 😂 CTOS services simply haven’t fully resumed yet.

For those with pending cases, please bear with me for a little while. Once the system is back, I’ll get everything moving again as soon as possible.

Hopefully CTOS gets everything sorted out soon, because those of us handling loans really need it to get our work done 😭

Signing Day ✍🏻

Being overcommitted doesn't mean there's no way out.

By restructuring the debts and reorganising the monthly commitments, we managed to ease the pressure on the client's cash flow.

The result?

A significant reduction in the overall debt burden, plus a home loan rate of just 3.65%.🎉🎉

The numbers look good, of course.

But what really matters is that after paying all the monthly commitments,

there's finally some money left at the end of the month. Some breathing room.

That's the part worth celebrating. 🏠

🏡 After applying to 10+ banks… we finally made it. 😭

This was one of the most challenging cases I've handled.
The customer's financial profile was average, and due to the agent's limited experience, several unexpected issues arose along the way. At one point, the entire transaction was on the verge of falling through.

We went through multiple rejections, additional document requests, reassessments, and countless follow-ups with more than 10 banks. Every time one problem was solved, another seemed to appear.

Eventually, the customer almost gave up, believing that their dream home was no longer within reach.
But as long as there was still a chance, I wasn't ready to stop.

I worked closely with both the customer and the agent, coordinated every step, adjusted our application strategy, and explored every possible option until we found the right solution.

In the end, the loan was successfully approved! 🎉
Seeing the approval come through reminded me why I do what I do.

The value of a mortgage advisor isn't measured by how easy a case is—it's measured by the ability to solve problems when things get difficult and guide clients all the way to the finish line.

CCRIS 不美，
收入又不稳定，
Scoring一次又一次亮红灯 🚨

我跟他说他的scoring很糟糕时他心里都凉了半截😔
因为之前已经有好几个银行拒绝过他的loan了😭

我看完他的profile，说给我点时间。
我静静地重整 profile，用对管道，等一个对的时机 🔁
短短两个星期内，同一个人，同一份 profile，Loan批下来了，连他想要的 cashback 也一起到手 🎉💰

从被reject的人变成loan approve的人，那一刻，对他来说不只是钱，是一种「我终于做到了」的感觉 🙌
