Mentees Criteria?
✅ Young women, who are currently working (employed or self-employed), seeking career transition or aspiring to start a new business
✅ Aged between 18 to 35 years old
✅ Nationality Malaysians

Mentees Commitment?
✅ To attend two (2) Flash Mentoring Sessions (online / 2 hours per session) on the following dates:

🌹 11 December 2024

▶️ Cohort 2 : 8pm – 10pm

Power Talks is a three-pillar, impact-driven program designed to help young women forge greater confidence, develop career-advancing skills, leverage meaningful networks, and ultimately uplift other women around them. This program is designed to build your confidence and leadership skills through a series of training, mentoring, and forum sessions.

Upon completion of the mentoring session, Mentees are eligible to receive a *Certificate of Participation* from NAWEM and L’Oreal Malaysia, and attend a Graduation Ceremony to be held at Loreal Malaysia’s Head Office in May 2025. Subject to Terms & Conditions.
