Sometimes it seems simple when a friend comes at your doorstep to request for a small loan"atsogo zandivuta,ndimangofuna ka 5hands basi"the tone itself really mean it that the fellow is in trouble.

Though we have a high expectation that we will receive our money on the agreed time but it does not go like that.
Most friends find the money but don't remmber to return what they borrowed,amati aaaa ngati wandikumbutsa,akadzayifuna adzanena,are you serious???
Most of the time the burden now turns toward the one who issued the credit.

Instead you begin to hunt for the very best friend who used to visit you 100times per day or so,woooow some begin to switch cellphones not so?

Choose who to issue a loan to avoid loosing friends,as you even just end up messing upyour own budget in the process.

What are your 2016 plans?????
Many people are good palanners but bad implementors.We must learn to manage our own plans and find proper ways of making them come to pass.

Most plans fail becoz of instability.we keep on reblanding the plan by initiating new ideas into already straight foward plan that just reaquired us to mobilise resources for it.

We must have a focus on what we earlier planned & have confidence taht it is really helpfull.
Don't be in a group of fools who shiver when the monies are in their pocket,forgeting everything,instead spending money for zigumu(african cakes).

Be carefull with your expenditure otherwise you will be stagnant in terms of developments.

Try as much as you can to create a number of sources of revenue apart from your salary/wages.

Why are you starting a small Business?

People have different goals for starting a small business,ask yourself why are you starting that canteen?
Is it money that you want?(Malipiro sakukwanira)
Is it seeking fame(anthu aziti ali ndi saloon)?
Is it personal freedom(ndatopa kumagwilira ntchito anthu ena,naneso anthu azindigula)?
Is it ego gratification(Canteen ndinkaifuna kuyambira ndiri mwana)?
Is it retirement Income(nanga samu yochotsera,ndingoyamba kugulitsa izi momwe ndapuma pantchitomu)?
Is it Inability to get rehired after being retrnched?
If someone were to ask you why you're going into business,what would you say?Let me categolise business goals into three..

1.Economic goals;
pple are there just to increase their Personal earnings which is a powerful motivation in starting a business.

2.Personal Goals;For many pple to build something of their own its hard so they venture into business.A very noble goal indeed.
