Having good risk management
A lot of mistake people usually make when trading is they tend to forget about the risk reward ratio. Our risk reward ratio here is 1:2 which means that losing trade 1x but winning trade 2x.
Here’s an example:
Win rate: 40%
10 trades
6 losing trades and 4 winning trades
Lose trade:
6x-1= -6
Win trade:
4x2=8
Net gain:
8-6=2
In long run, we will make good amount of money if we stick to plan like this.
