This is very interesting statistic about our Unit Trust exam and passing rate.

Many of us fear to sit for exam and fear to fail.
1. From the statistics, the passing rate is around 2/3. means 3 persons sit for exam, 2 will passed.
2. Education level, even tho there dun hv significance difference between the passing rate and education level. Surprisingly, SPM leavers score relatively high passing rate compare to STPM and dip lvl. What can I assume here... ummm, may b due to SPM leavers has less salary and eagle to change their lifestyle(?)(not sure), while STPM and Dip person might have better job with higher income? we may think along this line.
note, i dun hv data off hand, just do some assumption.
3. Gender, Male has higher passing rate than female, why?

4. most most most important highlight is age group.
there are more younger crowd start unit trust as career, may b in full time or parttime. on the other hand, there are also many senior person join this industry, on top of that, senior person has high passing rate. this is amazing, i might look into this area to have more senior in my team again.
