A RM500,### death claim was paid to my clientโ€™s family after she passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind her children and loved ones. What makes this even more impactful is that this policy was only purchased 16 months ago, with a total premium paid of just RM15,###.

Due to his condition, he was no longer able to independently perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and eventually had to stop working.

Sometimes, claims are not just about the diagnosis itself, but about understanding the policy wording, definitions and how the condition affects daily life. Grateful we were able to help the client during such a difficult period ๐Ÿค
