As of midnight tonight (30 April 2026), the Top-up and Reload functions on GOPAY will be disabled.
What happens next? From tomorrow until 15 May, you can only Spend or Withdraw your remaining balance.
💰 Don’t leave your balance behind — maximise your savings:
• Spend first at partner merchants (no fees involved)
• Withdraw via App: Go to Profile > Withdrawal (RM2 processing fee applies per request)
• Processing time: 2–4 weeks
• Final Deadline: App fully decommissioned on 15 May 2026
⚠️ Tip: Withdraw only if needed — multiple requests may incur multiple RM2 fees.
Action required: Log in now and clear your balance before final closure.

We are officially announcing the closure of GOPAY services on 15 May 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage all users to start managing their balances today — and fully utilise your wallet balance for the most savings.
🔑 Key Dates to Remember:
• 30 April: Last day for all Top-ups and Reloads
• 15 May: Final day to spend or withdraw your balance
✅ What should you do?
1. Spend your remaining credit at any of our partner merchants (recommended — no fees involved)
2. Withdraw your balance directly to your bank account via the app (RM2.00 processing fee applies per request*)
⚠️ Pro-tip: Ensure your bank account name matches your registered GOPAY name for a successful withdrawal.
