About GenGold
When my brother Pathman, and I formed GenGold (Generation Gold) in 1998, we envisioned to set-up an organization that focuses on training, self-discovery and development. We believed in the role of motivation, inspiration and education in organising a new generation of leaders and we wanted to help make their dreams a reality. We often refer to this type of leaders as the golden gen
eration - people who are capable of living out their full potential and tapping on their inner strength even when faced with difficulties and challenges. This insight may have stemmed from our own experience on how poverty can be debilitating and frustrating. At some point, we just got tired of being poor and so we have decided to do something about actively and share what we learned. With GenGold, we wanted to create a new generation of hope, a golden generation.
