Adakah penting untuk membuat wasiat?

1. Itu adalah untuk membolehkan harta anda sendiri, selepas anda mati, dapat diedarkan kepada orang yang anda sayangi sesuai kehendak anda sendiri. Secara umum, tanpa keinginan dan bukan Islam, harta itu hanya akan diagihkan kepada saudara terdekat anda seperti ibu bapa, isteri atau suami dan anak-anak mengikut Seksyen 6 Akta Pengagihan 1958.
2. Jika anda tidak berdaftar dengan isteri atau suami anda, melainkan jika anda mempunyai majlis perkahwinan sebelum 1 Mac, 1982, separuh lagi anda akan hilang kelayakan daripada menerima harta anda.
3. Jika anak anda adalah anak angkat atau anak luar nikah, mereka tidak akan diiktiraf secara sah dan tidak dapat menerima harta anda.
4. Sekiranya anda tidak mempunyai ibu bapa, separuh lagi, dan seorang anak, dalam kes ini, harta anda akan pergi ke adik dan adik anda, kemudian nenek anda akan berada di sana.
5. Anda boleh menetapkan harta anda kepada orang yang anda cari mengikut kehendak anda, atau anda boleh memilih orang yang anda percayai untuk melaksanakan kehendak anda.

立遗嘱就是那么重要 ？
1. 那是为了能够让自己的财产，可以在自己离世后，能够按照自己的意愿被分配给自己所心爱的人。一般上，在没有立下遗嘱以及非穆斯林的情况下， 财产都只会按照财产分配法令 （ Sec 6 of Distribution Act 1958 ) 被分配给你的近亲如父母、妻子或丈夫和孩子。
2. 如果你与你的太太或丈夫并没有办结婚登记，除非你们在 1982 年 3月1前办过结婚仪式，否则你的另一半就会丧失接受你财产的资格。
3. 如果你的孩子是养子或私生子，他们也不会被法律认可，所以无法接受你的财产。
4. 如果你没有父母、另一半和孩子，在这样的情况下，你的财产就会去到你的兄弟姐妹那里，其次就是你的公公奶奶那里。
5. 能够按照你的意愿把你的财产分配给你所期盼的对象, 也可以选择你真正所信赖的人为你执行遗嘱。
