JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities for Junior Executive HR
1. Involve with the recruitment process
2. Engage with new hires
3. Update staff details in systems
4. Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave
5. Responsible for training registration and liaise with HRD Corp
6. Handle the company’s social media platforms
7. Ad hoc tasks given by superior
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of HR software HR2000 is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM 2,300 per month
